The purpose of the business strategy course is to acquire a general culture of the business and its functioning, giving rise to further studies in the other courses (marketing, finance).

The course covers the following topics:

  • Chapter 1: What is strategy?

  • Chapter 2: The strategic diagnosis

  • Chapter 3: Strategic directions

  • Chapter 4: Development modes

  • Chapter 5: The structure

  • Chapter 6: Strategy and internationalization

  • Chapter 7: Corporate social responsibility

During tutorial sessions, students put the knowledge of the course into practice through the analysis of real business cases.

Anne Masgnaux is Associate Professor at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. She worked for a long time in the field of French aviation and was trained at the IAE of Caen in management sciences. Anne Masgnaux is also responsible for international exchanges
