This course takes the view that all the actors of the company are impacted by Human Resources Management and that this way leaders, managers and employees must be aware of HR issues. The collaboration between all being necessary to be effective, the course proposes to understand at first how this is a strategic function in coherence with the general policy of the company. Each session is then dedicated to a theme and associated tools, while recalling the legislative framework and the rights of employees. Each session is closed with a case study to put theoretical knowledge into practice.
