Robert Scollay is Associate Professor in economics and Director of the APEC Study Center in Auckland University, New-Zealand. He studied economics at the University of Cambridge and Auckland. He has been working as an academic researcher and as a policy analyst and consultant on issues related to international trade and economic integration, particularly on the Asia-Pacific region.
